The France team faces the Netherlands this evening in Amsterdam as part of a qualifying match for Euro 2024. Impeccable since the start of the qualifiers with five victories in five matches played, the Blues can validate their qualification from this evening if successful at the Johan Cruyff Arena. Opposite, the Dutch must win to get a little closer to the future continental deadline. Ronald Koeman’s men are currently 2nd in the group but neck and neck with Greece. This meeting can be followed live with commentary on the French Football Weekly website.

In terms of team compositions, Didier Deschamps opts for a 4-3-3. Unsurprisingly, Maignan starts in goal with a defense where we find Clauss, Konaté and the Hernandez brothers. In midfield it’s classic with Tchouaméni, Rabiot and Griezmann who will have the task of liaising with the attacking trio Mbappé-Kolo Muani-Coman, the PSG center forward being preferred to Giroud. Opposite, Ronald Koeman structures his starting XI in 3-5-2 with a fairly defensive team. We note the presence of Simons and Weghorst to liven up the offensive sector, it is Van Dijk who will wear the captain’s armband.
