In an interview with l’Equipe, Marco Verratti admits to having enjoyed his long stay in Paris outside of the meadow.

In comments given to L’Equipe, Marco Verratti, the most successful player in the history of PSG (30) assures that his deviations and his nightly nightclub outings have never impacted his performances at PSG.

The Italian midfielder was notorious for his escapades, having left PSG this summer for Al-Arabi (Qatar) after eleven years. The Italian international (55 caps, 3 titles) embraces his taste for restaurants or trips.

“There are players who hide, I have always assumed responsibility, in life as well as on the pitch. I think people like me a little bit for that too: they see that I’m normal. I knew the times when I could eat with my friends, go out clubbing when I was younger. I spent eleven years here, it’s normal that people came across me more than others. I’m not going to stay at home every day. »

“I have always been very professional. I have never been a minute late for practice in eleven years,” he adds.
