FC Barcelona can breathe! As a reminder, the reigning Spanish champion was scared last September after noting the premature exit of Vitor Roque due to a torn ankle ligament contracted during a match between his club Athletico Paranaense and Internacional (2-1). From then on, the injury of the young Brazilian prodigy has cast a chill in the Catalan ranks who have for several months nourished the hope of seeing him arrive this winter.
But fortunately for the Catalan club, Vitor Roque’s representative, André Cury, said in an interview with RAC1 that his protégé was recovering “Alright” of his injury and that he should, barring yet another twist, join Spain next January. “We think that in four weeks, at most, he can be ready”soberly declared the agent of the Brazilian crack while recalling the pretensions of the 18-year-old player and Barça: “The idea of the player and Barça is that he comes in January, everything is agreed with Paranaense.”
