Marcus Thuram has given the reasons which pushed him to join Inter Milan this summer rather than PSG.
After honoring his four-year contract at Borussia Mönchengladbach, Marcus Thuram has decided to leave the German club free this summer. Courted by numerous European teams, like PSG, the French international finally decided to join Inter Milan. The 26-year-old striker explained his choice for the daily newspaper The Team.
“I spoke with a lot of other clubs. It was not an easy choice. It was a choice that would define my career. I know I did the right thing”confided the son of Lilian Thuram.

“I don’t ask anyone to understand my choicehe added. I know why I made this choice. I know that people who know football know what Inter Milan represents, the immense players who have played there. When we put on this jersey, we feel that we are wearing a story. There is an extraordinary enthusiasm, when we meet people in the street, they are all talking about the match that is coming. »
“And then I join a stable team which works very well, which was finalist in the Champions League, which has great players. My choice is linked to all that, in fact”, he concluded. In 10 appearances for the Nerazzurri, Marcus Thuram has already scored 3 goals and provided 7 assists (all competitions combined).
