Serie A: Monza recovers and pushes Salernitana

Placed in the middle of the table (11th), Monza hosted Salernitana (19th) this Sunday for the eighth day of Serie A. A meeting which quickly turned to the advantage of the Lombards. It only took a few minutes for Matteo Pessina to allow Andrea Colpani to find the fault (9th). A convincing start to the match followed in the wake of a new achievement thanks to Samuele Vignato (18th).

Leading by two goals at the break, Monza hit the nail on the head at the end of the game. From the penalty spot, it was the inevitable Matteo Pessina who hit the nail on the head (81st). With this 3-0 victory, Monza moved up to seventh place. For Salernitana, things get complicated and Paulo Sousa’s players remain in the red zone.
