During a Saturday evening in Ligue 2 rich in goals, Saint-Etienne was the only place where the nets did not shake.

Fifth in Ligue 2 before the kick-off of the 10th day, AS Saint-Etienne conceded a draw at home against AC Ajaccio (0-0). This is the only match played on Saturday evening which ended without a goal.

It was a festival, on the other hand, in Rodez where the RAF dominated Caen (5-3) thanks in particular to the hat-trick scored by the young Tairyk Arconte, 19 years old. In Lorient, Concarneau also gave pleasure to its supporters.

The Finistère team snatched victory against Dunkirk, 4-3, on a goal from Pape Ba scored in added time (90th + 4).

This Saturday evening also saw Andy Carroll’s first goal with the Amiens jersey (1-0, 14th) before the Angers SCO outclassed the Picards (1-4).

In total, and counting Bordeaux-Laval (0-1) played in the middle of the afternoon, thirty-six goals were scored on Saturday.
