Co-organizer of the 2030 World Cup, Morocco hopes to be able to host the final while Madrid is expected.

Spain, Morocco and Portugal, these are the three main organizing countries of the 2023 World Cup. Where will the final be played? There is still time to answer it but a trend is emerging: Real Madrid’s Santiago-Bernabeu stadium, according to several media.

The leaders of Moroccan football do not see it like that. Faouzi Kekjaa is considering the event in North Africa, more precisely in Casablanca.

“To date, we have determined six sites to host the World Cup in 2030, namely Rabat, Tangier, Marrakech, Agadir, Fez, in addition to the Grand Stade de Casablanca which will see the light of day soon,” explained the president of the Moroccan Football Federation, quoted by the daily The morning.

“We hope that the Grand Stadium will host the final of the competition,” continued Faouzi Kekjaa.
