Fourth assessment of the season for the ranking of European top scorers. We find the scorers who shook the nets in Germany, England, Austria, Belgium, Scotland, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey and Ukraine. As in previous weeks, it is again the former Amiens and Rennes player, Serhou Guirassy, who sits in the lead. Already decisive 10 times in 6 matches, the Guinean did not score despite the 2-0 victory of his Stuttgart team against Cologne.
Just behind him, Santiago Gimenez reduced the gap. Already the author of a hat-trick against Ajax Amsterdam during a match which ended this Wednesday (4-0), he once again found the fault against Go Ahead Eagles (3-1). With 10 goals in 7 matches, the Mexican striker is in great shape and achieves one hell of a close call. The podium is completed by Lautaro Martinez. Although a substitute against Salernitana since he was preserved for the Champions League, the Argentinian came on and scored a quadruple for a 4-0 victory. A hell of a performance for someone who has 9 goals in 7 matches.
Harry Kane grabs, Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappé step back
At the foot of the podium, we find Greek striker Vangelis Pavlidis. The player has similar statistics to his predecessor and once again distinguished himself against Fortuna Sittard (4-0). Scorer from the penalty spot against RB Leipzig (2-2), Harry Kane maintains his cruising speed. The English striker is now credited with 8 goals in 6 matches and has had a solid start to the season. Just behind, Erling Haaland is keeping pace. Despite 8 goals in 7 matches, the Norwegian did not find the fault this Saturday during a 2-1 defeat against Wolverhampton.
He is narrowly ahead of Mateo Cassierra who played one more match. The Zenit player suffered defeat this Saturday against Orenburg (3-1), but he scored again. Mute against Clermont (0-0) with Paris Saint-Germain, Kylian Mbappé follows in eighth place. The French striker has 7 goals in 6 matches. Playing a few more minutes, Danish striker Jonas Wind is ninth in the standings. Performing well with Wolfsburg, he scored twice this Saturday against Eintracht Frankfurt (2-0).
