Germany: A major absentee against the Blues

Bayern Munich are likely to soon see one of their main hopes leave, in the person of Jamal Musiala.

Bayern Munich attacking midfielder Jamal Musiala has said he has made it his personal goal to experience the Premier League in the near future.

Musiala attracted to the Premier League

The Germany international came through the Chelsea academy and played for England at youth level before taking charge of Bayern at the age of 16. A return to the sender seems to tempt him.

Musiala said in an interview with BILD : “It’s the strongest and most attractive championship in the world at the moment, but I feel good here and I’m focused on my success with Bayern.”

Musiala is under contract with the Bavarians until June 2026. In the interview, however, he adds: “You never know what will happen in the years to come.”

This season, Musiala has yet to score for Bayern. He has just delivered one assist in five matches played.
