In the midst of a storm with the controversies linking the club and Victor Osimhen, Naples was expected this Wednesday. If the context could prove tricky, the Partenopei ultimately did not stumble on the pitfall. Thanks to its strong men from last season Victor Osimhen and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, both scorers – the first of the season for the Georgian – Naples largely won against Udinese (4-1). With this success, the Campania club moves back to 5th position. At the same time, Inter Milan saw their series come to an end. Leader of Serie A with 5 victories in as many matches since the start of the season, the Milanese club was surprised by Sassuolo this Wednesday at Giuseppe Meazza (1-2).

Yet guided by a goal from the Dutchman Denzel Dumfries just before the break (45+1), the Nerazzurri were then joined by a goal from Bajrami (54th, 1-1), then another from Berardi (63rd, 1-2) , to seal the Neroverdi victory. Despite this result, Inter remains at the top of the championship, tied on points with AC Milan (15). Finally, Lazio claimed the scalp of Torino (2-0) after three consecutive games without a victory. Vecino (56th) and Zaccagni (75th) scored the two goals for the Roman club, which however remains stuck in the middle of the table (11th).
