Stade Rennais has had a more than decent start to the season and is gradually gaining momentum. Currently 11th in Ligue 1 with 7 points, but one game less, the Breton club is also performing well in the Europa League. The Rennais largely won this Thursday against Maccabi Haifa with a score of 3 goals to 0.
Encouraging performances which should improve in the coming weeks. And one element could perhaps change everything within the red and black squad. This Sunday at a press conference, Bruno Génésio announced news which should please the supporters but also the entire French championship.
According to the French coach, Rennes will see the return of Martin Terrier very soon for the derby against FC Nantes on October 1st.
The SRFC striker has been away from the field since January following a ruptured cruciate ligament. His return will strengthen Rennes’ offensive sector and bring it even more competition.
