Manchester City aims for the pass of six. The three-time English champion started the season with five victories in as many matches and wants to continue his march forward, at home, against Nottingham (kick-off 4 p.m., a match to follow live on FM). For their part, Forest got off to a more than decent start to the year with seven points on the clock including a prestigious success at Chelsea (1-0).

For this meeting, Pep Guardiola made three changes after the success against Belgrade in the Champions League (3-1). Gvardiol and Akanji start in place of Aké and Gomez in defense. In the middle, Rodri and Nunes are brought back. Up front, Doku is lined up in place of Bernardo Silva and the Belgian will play with Alvarez and Foden in support of Haaland. On the Forest side, we opt for a 3-4-2-1 with Boly in defense or Aurier on the right. Having passed through OM, Tavares starts on the left. Former Toulouse player Sangaré is also lined up in midfield. Up front, Awoniyi will be supported by Dominguez and Gibbs-White.

The official compositions:

Manchester City: Ederson – Walker, Dias, Gvardiol, Akanji – Rodri, Nunes – Foden, Alvarez, Doku – Haaland.

Nottingham Forest: Turner – Boly, Niakhaté, Mangala – Aurier, Sangaré, Aina, Tavares – Dominguez, Gibbs-White – Awoniyi
