Returning this summer to Sevilla FC, 18 years after his departure from the club for Real Madrid, Sergio Ramos made a strong impression against Las Palmas (1-0) then Lens (1-1) in recent days. Unfortunately, the former PSG defender was cut off and had to withdraw from this weekend’s match against Osasuna.
Absent from the Andalusian group due to a “slight muscle overload”, as his club indicates in its medical press release, the 37-year-old Spaniard will be able to rest his body. In recent seasons, Ramos had already had to endure several physical problems of this style, notably at PSG where he had accumulated muscular fatigue.
