EdF: Malo Gusto shares his objectives

Recruited by Chelsea in January 2023, Malo Gusto only arrived in London at the start of the summer. However, the former OL player seems to have already adapted perfectly to the English club and even took advantage of the injury to Reece James (captain) to be established on the right lane. The opportunity couldn’t be better and the 20-year-old’s performances are solid. Enough to approach the future with a certain optimism, to the point of entering into the equation to find a place in the French team.

If Benjamin Pavard and Jules Koundé have not necessarily convinced so far, Malo Gusto could be a reliable option in the future. For The Teamthe former Lyon full-back spoke about a future with the Blues with a view to the next Euro 2024. “If the door is open, I don’t know. But if the question is whether I think I could be A in this position one day, the answer is yes. I work for this. I’m not obsessed. But it would be an immense pride to be there”, he says.
