Despite a lively entry punctuated by an assist for Kylian Mbappé, the French international could not prevent his team from losing. Interviewed at the microphone of Prime Video after the meeting, the former Nantes player still called for optimism, half-heartedly indicating that his team was on the right track.
“It was a match against a solid team, undefeated in this championship. They scored three goals here, we made a lot of changesunderlined the French striker. We will continue to work. The coach asked for more movements, we had to be in better position. But we still had a good game. Personally, I was keen to help the team, we managed to come back to within one goal, it’s no big deal.”
