Gareth Bale now devotes himself to golf, another sport in which he excels since he must participate at the end of September in the Ryder Cup in Rome in the company of many celebrities. He hasn’t forgotten football either and still follows Tottenham with great attention, a club where he made his mark between 2007 and 2013 before returning to freelance on loan during the 2020/2021 season.
He is even particularly enchanted by Ange Postecoglou’s Spurs, whose qualities he praises. “If I would like to evolve under his orders? Of course. It’s great to see. They found a style. I think that’s something the club was probably looking for as well. I hope there is more to come from the team”says the Welshman in comments reported by the London Evening Standard.
