The problems keep coming for Paul Pogba. However, the French midfielder fell back into his ways after testing positive for testosterone at the end of the first day of Seria A, on August 20.
Temporarily suspended, Paul Pogba can however count on the support of his clan. As revealed by the Gazetta dello Sport in today’s edition, the 30-year-old’s agent, Rafaela Pimenta said that her protégé “never wanted to break the rules” and wish “wait for the counter-analysis” of the sample taken during his doping control to best prepare his defense. However, if the positivity is confirmed, the investigation will continue its course and Paul Pogba will have to convince the Anti-Doping Tribunal that he consumed this substance involuntarily or risk up to four years of suspension according to the world anti-doping code.
