But at the age of 36, the transalpine central defender saw his beautiful love story with the Old Lady end this summer, and he left for Union Berlin for one last challenge at the highest level.
A controversial start, since the player had been sidelined near Turin, in a sort of loft, unable to train with his partners. As indicated Sky Italia, the new number 23 of Union Berlin intends to take revenge and take legal action against his former club. He is therefore claiming damages from his ex-employer.
A vendetta that is not personal
He believes in particular that this exclusion from the Turin group prevented him from preparing as best as possible for the coming season, damaging him as a professional athlete.
