It is a transfer that has caused a lot of talk this summer. Having become undesirable on the side of PSG, Neymar in turn spun on the side of Saudi Arabia. He was joining the Al-Hilal club. Since then, in Brazil, supporters seem to be worried about the level of competitiveness of the Saudi league and therefore of Neymar. Present with the Selecao, the Brazilian presented himself at a press conference and spoke of the level of the Saudi Pro League which he sees even better than Ligue 1.

“Football is the same there, the ball is round, like everywhere. Given the big names that make up this League, it is possible that this Championship will be better than Ligue 1. The training sessions are intense. I thirst for titles, I want to win with Al-Hilal. For me, it does not change anything in fact and does not matter what people say. They said that L1 was weak, but that’s where I suffered the most. (Laughs.) It’s going to be an interesting Championship and I’m sure you’ll be watching. (…) I’m not going to feel any difficulty adapting. I don’t speak Arabic but after 5, 6 years in France, my French sucked. It won’t be any different. I’m happy to discover a new culture, I was very well received by a whole country. I am happy with my choice and with this future that presents itself to me. »»
