After four straight wins in the league, Caen fell this Saturday in Laval (2-1).

Stade Malherbe, however, thought they had the three points in this fifth round of L2, with a superb free kick signed Abdi (77e) – only the locals responded in quick succession in added time by Vargas and Tchokounté.

The Tango thus climb to the podium, in third place, ahead of their opponents of the day and the Amiens who, like the Caennais, have 12 units on the clock.

This Saturday, the Picards, who recorded Carroll’s first minutes of play, dominated Guingamp (4-1) thanks to a double from Mafouta and achievements from Leautey and Kakuta. Grenoble invite themselves at the foot of the leading trio after a draw in front of Bastia (0-0).
