Jérôme Rothen harshly criticized the management of the tricolor international striker Randal Kolo Muani by Eintracht Frankfurt.

As the summer transfer window is almost coming to an end, the Randal Kolo Muani file continues to spark ink. In particular, on the side of France. Indeed, the French striker, who has already publicly expressed his desire to join Paris Saint-Germain, sees his transfer blocked by his club, Eintracht Frankfurt. The latter would have closed the door to a departure from the 2022 world vice-champion, due to difficulties in finding a replacement. A decision that was not to the taste of Jérôme Rothen, very disappointed with the turn of events.

“We are told in Germany that Frankfurt has not found a replacement. It’s bullshit. Once again, I am unhappy, the player is taken hostage. What are we going to say? Shouldn’t the player go on strike or go to Paris? (…) Can you imagine if he has to go back there, with the speech his coach had? The atmosphere… I hope they will find a solution really”declared the former Parisian on the airwaves of RMC.
