There is still a small chance of seeing Randal Kolo Muani land at PSG before the end of the summer transfer window, this Friday evening. Still, the latest news was not at all positive. As revealed on our site, a total agreement has been reached between Randal Kolo Muani, his Frankfurt club and PSG. The amount of compensation was €90 million, as revealed on our site. But to completely close this file, Frankfurt had to find Kolo Muani’s successor. PSG had therefore offered to let Hugo Ekitike go to Eintracht, but none was found.

A solution still tried to be found to bring Hugo Ekitike to Eintracht Frankfurt throughout the day on Friday. But the former Stade de Reims striker refused to go to the Bundesliga. And since then, Paris was angry with his number 44 and his entourage. But the Parisian management will still try everything to complete the file during these last hours of the summer transfer window. And a last minute solution could satisfy everyone.

An amount too high for PSG

The German press and The Parisian announce that the Germans are now asking for no less than 110 million euros to let go of their striker – author of a very prolific first season at Eintracht Frankfurt (23 goals and 17 assists in 46 matches) – i.e. 20 million euros more than had been requested earlier in the day.

An amount far too high for the Parisian management, which considers that the price does not correspond to a player who arrived from FC Nantes a year ago. But Frankfurt has its arguments, since the German club cannot recruit a replacement for Randal Kolo Muani, given that the transfer window closed in Germany this Friday at 6 p.m. Discussions are still continuing in the hope of a final agreement.
