In the evening, the Blaugranas announced the signing of Joao Cancelo (29), who joins Catalonia on loan, also without a purchase option. These two transfers were made possible by the departures of Clément Lenglet (on loan to Aston Villa) and Ansu Fati (on loan to Brighton), which made it possible to reduce the club’s wage bill.
