Free of any contract since July 1, Eden Hazard is set to join Crystal Palace, the Premier League club, this summer.

Announced in the sights of Crystal Palace, Eden Hazard (32) would be very close to signing his return to the Premier League. As indicated Soccer Transfers, the Belgian, who made the heyday of Chelsea during his time at Stamford Bridge from 2012 to 2019, was in the small papers of the Eagles. The latter planned to relaunch the former Lille resident by offering him a one-year contract, with a salary that would evolve according to his performance.

According to new information from the British media, the native of La Louvière has already validated an offer made by the residents of Selhurst Park Stadium.

The site specializing in transfer window news adds that the ex-captain of the Red Devils would also have refused no less than six proposals from six other different clubs. Notably, Botafogo (Brazil), Vancouver Whitecaps (Canada) and Molenbeek (Belgium), to name a few.

As a reminder, the left winger trained with the Mastiffs had agreed earlier this summer with Real Madrid to terminate his contract, ending a four-year marriage that never really took.
