After two Premier League victories, Arsenal lost two points against Fulham on Saturday at the Emirates Stadium (2-2). Manchester United also got off to a bad start but won against Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford (3-2).

Arsenal pushed to the end and even played the last quarter of an hour 11 against 10, but the formation of Mikel Arteta, after winning their first two Premier League matches, shared the points with Fulham (2 -2), Saturday at the Emirates Stadium. However, the Gunners reacted well after conceding the opener in the first minute, Andreas Pereira taking advantage of a back pass from Bukayo Saka.

The North Londoners reversed the situation in the middle of the second half, thanks to a penalty converted by Saka (70th) and a controversial goal from Eddie Nketiah (73rd), the coach of the Cottagers, Marco Silva, complaining of a fault opponent on the action. Visitors from the west of the capital, however, equalized thanks to a recovery from Joao Palhinha from a corner (87th). First poor performance of the season for the reigning vice-champion.

Manchester United were downright 2-0 behind Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford, after goals from Taiwo Awoniyi (2nd) and Willy Boly (4th). And if the Red Devils lost Raphaël Varane to injury, and Anthony Martial was transparent before leaving on the hour mark, they reversed the situation. Christian Eriksen had reduced the gap quickly (17th), then Casemiro, served by Bruno Fernandes (54th), and the untenable Portuguese leader, from the penalty spot (76th), offered a second victory to MU.

Arsenal and Manchester United face each other in a week (Sunday 5:30 p.m.), at the Emirates, for the big shock of the 4th day of PL.
