This summer again, Chelsea decided to break the piggy bank to afford Premier League talents. In this sense, midfielders Roméo Lavia and Moisés Caicedo landed with the Blues for a total of almost 200 million euros. The second city has also become the most expensive recruit in the history of the English championship (133 million).
