Chelsea: Andrey Santos soon loaned to the Premier League

Last January, Chelsea released €20m to sign young Santos midfielder Andrey Santos. Aged 19 today, the Brazilian had however been loaned to Vasco Da Gama, for lack of having received his work permit necessary for his presence in the workforce of the Blues.
