Former Brazil and FC Barcelona star Ronaldinho is in trouble with the law again after he failed to show up for a court hearing.

According to SportRonaldinho was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday to testify about a bitcoin brand that is being sued for fraud because it is believed to be a scam.

Bitcoin’s name is 18kRonaldinho, which promised 2% daily profits to anyone who invested more than $30 in the coin. This promise turned out to be false, and the civilian suite was worth 56.5 million euros.

Ronaldinho is suspected of having participated in the scam, and justice has been ordered to summon Ronaldinho by force on Tuesday. According to SportRonaldinho’s defense is that they used his image and likeness without his consent.
