Bad news for PSG…

Despite a complicated season at PSG, Hugo Ekitike has no shortage of courtiers. What reduce the chances of seeing it serve as a bargaining chip in the context of an arrival of Randal Kolo Muani.

After Lionel Messi, Neymar or Mauro Icardi, a new striker should leave PSG. While Gonçalo Ramos, Marco Asensio or Ousmane Dembélé have landed, probably waiting for Randal Kolo Muani, Hugo Ekitike is indeed pushed out. Arrived for more than 40 million euros last summer, the former Rémois had a complicated first season in the capital and is no longer in Luis Campos’ plans. At 21, the young striker nonetheless arouses many desires.

Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany or West Ham and Everton in England: several clubs have ticked his name. And the same is true of AC Milan in Italy, the Lombard club having even made it one of its priorities in its quest for a center forward capable of relieving Olivier Giroud. But while PSG hopes for a loan with an obligation to buy, the Italian camp is only considering a purchase option and would like to see the capital club pay part of his salary.

Nevertheless, the interest of the Rossoneri does not suit the champions of France, who would indeed favor the track leading to Eintracht Frankfurt in order to lower the note concerning the transfer of Randal Kolo Muani. If the German club primarily targeted Elye Wahi, his departure to RC Lens changed the situation and put Hugo Ekitike in the game. But the interest of the German club is obviously not shared since the native of Reims favors a departure to Italy or, failing that, England.
