Benjamin Pavard’s future is anything but clear. On the one hand, his Bayern Munich club does not seem ready to part with it. On the other, Inter Milan ensures that negotiations exist.
There is not much time left for Benjamin Pavard to be fixed on his future in the club. Still under contract with Bayern Munich, the tricolor defender believes, however, to have gone around the question in the Bundesliga and wants to look elsewhere. After being linked to Manchester United, it is now Inter Milan that seems to hold the rope to recruit him. However, things are not clear in terms of communication. Bayern Munich would no longer be a seller while Inter ensures that discussions do exist.
SATURDAY, Sky Sports Germany explained that Bavarian coach Thomas Tuchel wanted to keep Benjamin Pavard after Josip Stanisic left on loan to Bayer Leverkusen. But at the same time, the general manager of Inter Milan, Giuseppe Marotta, indicated that ” negotiation is still open with Munich. It is therefore difficult to know exactly where these famous discussions are.
Question of amount?
Communication war or not, the explanation could ultimately be quite simple and relate to the amount of the transfer. On the one hand, Bayern Munich would like to recover at least thirty-five million euros from the sale of their tricolor world champion. Opposite, Inter would have for the moment proposed thirty million euros. The two parties are therefore not very far from a stumbling block but as it stands, Benjamin Pavard remains a Munich player.
