The French forward has returned to PSG first-team training as Neymar flew to the Saudi Pro League.

Rumors in France claim that Kylian Mbappé was not invited to Neymar’s farewell party at PSG. L’Equipe add that the club’s captain and his Brazilian teammate Marquinhos were present to say goodbye to the former Barcelona man.

Kylian Mbappé resumed training for the PSG first team as soon as Neymar made it clear that he was leaving for Al-Hilal. This created a huge controversy as the Frenchman wasn’t even present for the pre-season tour and wanted to leave the club next season.

The entire summer 2023 transfer market revolved around the Bondynois, who had shown his intention to leave Paris when his contract expired in 2024. PSG, worried, put him on the transfer market list.

Mbappe’s high market value was one of the concerns for the French club. Al-Hilal offered a huge deal which the player turned down. In his own way, Neymar took revenge on Mbappé.
