Lucas Paquetá’s transfer to Manchester City is about to fall apart. As we revealed to you, the former Olympique Lyonnais midfielder had already said yes to Manchester City. The 25-year-old Brazilian was keen on joining Pep Guardiola’s Skyblues. A new oral offer of € 101 million had even been submitted by the Cityzens to West Ham, who expected 110 million.
