Chelsea are set to land Moises Caicedo from Brighton for a fee of over €100m.
After several weeks of suspense and many twists and turns, chelsea will finally recruit Moises Caicedo from Brighton. It was after the match against Liverpool (1-1), another competitor to recruit the Ecuadorian international, that The Athletic revealed that the Blues have reached an agreement with the Seagulls for his transfer.

And for that, the London club once again did not hesitate to drop the high price since it is an offer of 115 million pounds (around €133 million) which has just been accepted by Brighton. Caicedo will thus become the most expensive player in the history of the Premier League ahead of the one who should be his partner in the middle Enzo Fernandez, recruited for 121 million euros last winter. The 21-year-old is expected to commit until 2031 with an optional additional year.
