Chelsea: Brighton refuses a new offer for Caicedo!

It is now official, Moisés Caicedo arrived at Chelsea for a record amount (around 133 million euros). The Ecuador international, who arrives from Brighton, has signed for the next eight seasons with the Blues. And the 21-year-old immediately wanted to send a first message to supporters of the London club.
