Neymar has reached an agreement with Paris Saint-Germain to join Saudi Pro League club Al-Hilal.

According to The Team, Neymar agreed to sign a two-year contract with Al-Hilal, which would bring him the astronomical sum of 160 million euros. PSG have already agreed to sell him to the Saudi Pro League club and the player seems to have given the green light.

Neymar – who became the most expensive player in history when PSG signed him from Barcelona for €222m in 2017 – has been told by the French club he is surplus.

The 31-year-old has been out since March after undergoing ankle ligament reconstruction surgery. While up-and-coming striker Kylian Mbappé has been reinstated in PSG training, Neymar’s six years in Paris appear to be over.

Neymar should find Kalidou Koulibaly, Ruben Neves and Malcolm, the former FC Barcelona winger, within the Riyadh club.
