After Manchester City or Manchester United, it’s Bayern Munich’s turn this week to unveil their third jersey for the 2023-2024 season, signed by their German equipment supplier adidas, with whom the Bundesliga champion club is still under contract until in 2030. A third kit that pays homage to the natural landscape of Bavaria. Thomas Tuchel’s men will wear this new tunic for the first time during the German Super Cup this Saturday against RB Leipzig.
“Drawing inspiration from the flowers that adorn the Bavarian Mountain Range, the bold all-over print transports players and fans wherever they wear it. The design also references the founding members of the club by reinstating the crest from the founding documents of FC Bayern München. Taking the color of the crest on the original document, the updated emblem is burgundy red and applied to the shirt on an off-white background. It is complemented by the adidas logo which appears in the same colour.
