According to information disclosed by The Chiringuito, the player has agreed with FC Barcelona on the terms of a possible contract. He would sign for two years, plus an optional year, and would receive 13 M€ per season.
We are obviously still far from a departure of the star auriverde, but the lights are rather green. This is what the two parties feel with the Spanish media. But to validate this transfer, there are still two conditions to be met and they are significant. First, Neymar must first terminate his current lease with PSG. This is not an easy task since he receives around 30 M€ per year, until 2026.

An agreement must therefore be agreed with the Parisian management. The latter will still be open to finding solutions and will offer more flexibility than in recent years to let the Brazilian go. It is all the same here a great windfall since a way out has been found. However, the second condition must also be fulfilled. Before bringing back its former player, Barça must make room in its workforce and slim down again.
