Discussions are progressing for the transfer of Yacine Bounou to Real Madrid.

Real Madrid may have found their new goalkeeper. According to Marca, the Merengues are moving forward with the recruitment of Yacine Bounou, the Moroccan international.

Faced with the urgent need to recruit a goalkeeper after the serious injury of Thibaut Courtois, Real Madrid had targeted several experienced elements (De Gea, Kepa, Keylor Navas…), but it is “Bono” who is the hottest track at present.

Marca say talks have started between Real Madrid and Sevilla FC, but that’s not going to mean an agreement will be reached. The player has a release clause of 50 million euros, an amount far too high in the eyes of the Merengues.
