The agreement is reached for the departure of Karl Toko Ekambi, who will leave Olympique Lyonnais to join Saudi Arabia.

Taken aback by Rhone supporters, and loaned to Rennes for the second half of last season, Karl Toko Ekambi will leave Olympique Lyonnais for good.

Even if the Cameroonian international did not fit into Laurent Blanc’s plans, the club wanted to recover a sum of money against his player, who would have liked to leave free. According to L’Equipe, two clubs offered 1.7 million euros for Toko Ekambi, Fenerbahçe and Abha, and the former Sochalien opted for the Saudi club.
