Neymar has reportedly informed Paris Saint-Germain that he wants to leave this summer, as the Brazilian considers a return to his former team FC Barcelona. The possibility of Neymar leaving the French champions has suddenly sparked interest from MLS clubs.
According to Fabrizio Romano (via CaughtOffside), Neymar’s situation has alerted a number of MLS teams, with LAFC even planning an operation to sign the superstar. Despite interest from American clubs, Romano maintains that Neymar’s first priority is to return to Barcelona.
PSG are also ready to sell but they won’t let him go cheap and have priced the player at €150m. Besides LAFC and FC Barcelona, the 31-year-old is also expected to join Saudi Arabia.
