After multiple failed attempts, Bayern Munich have finally made the right financial offer for Tottenham to sell them Harry Kane.
It was one of the most important soap operas of this summer transfer window, and it is coming to an end. Eager to find a worthy striker to replace a Robert Lewandowski that Sadio Mané could not forget, Bayern Munich had targeted Harry Kane. But despite several offers, the Bavarian club had so far been unable to obtain the favors of the demanding boss of the Spurs, Daniel Levy. Far from abdicating, Munich has drawn again with an upwardly revised offer. This last one was good.
In any case, this is confirmed The Athletic this Thursday, indicating that the proposal which would reach 110 million euros would have convinced the boss of Tottenham. On the Harry Kane side, it was already completely cooked for Bayern since the English international had already indicated that he wanted to go to Bavaria. While he only had one year left of his contract with his old club, the offensive will therefore offer himself a new challenge, with the primary objective of winning a first title.
Musical chairs
Excellent deal for Bayern Munich, pending the final validation of this transfer, and perhaps the start of a game of musical chairs on a European scale with regard to attackers.
