A year after his arrival at West Ham, the Italian international will quickly return to Serie A.
Last summer, Gianluca Scamacca was a highly coveted striker. Paris Saint-Germain had even thought of him, when the capital club was looking for a “pivot” to play at the forefront.
The Sassuolo player had finally taken the direction of West Ham, for around 36 million euros, but the least we can say is that he was not a hit in England. After a first season with 3 goals in 16 Premier League matches, the Italian international will return to his country.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Scamacca will engage with Atalanta Bergamo. The amount of the transfer would be 25 million euros, plus 5 million euros in bonuses, with an incentive provided in the event of resale.
