Sporting have paid tribute to ‘the best in the world’ Cristiano Ronaldo and their José Alvalade stadium in a new retro kit released for the 2023-24 season.
The Portuguese giants will look very stylish in the upcoming campaign sporting a black and gold design. This outfit is a nod to the inauguration of the club’s famous stadium on August 6, 2003. That day, five-time Ballon d’Or winner Ronaldo stood out. It was his performance in a friendly against Manchester United that convinced the Red Devils to capture his potential and put him on the path to becoming one of the greatest players of all time. .
