Continue to Lyon or go to Paris? Bradley Barcola may not know either of these two scenarios.
Bradley Barcola, the young nugget of Olympique Lyonnais, is currently at a crossroads. In this last month of the transfer window, his personal future should be at stake. Several options are available to him and very clever whoever can predict the club whose colors he will wear on the 1er next September.
The fate of Barcola linked to that of Dembélé?
Barcola is still under contract with Les Gones, but it is not at all sure that he will have a third season with his training club. Currently, he is sought by two major European clubs.
The first is PSG. The French champion hopes to attract him to his squad, but he will not put more than 30 million euros for his services. With the recent recruitment of Ousmane Dembelé, he is no longer the priority of the Ile-de-France management. The player, he would be more than delighted with the idea of rallying the capital. Nevertheless, he will not go to clash against his employer.
The other suitor for the signing of the international hope is FC Barcelona. The Blaugrana see him as the successor to… Dembélé. They are ready to go on the offensive, but it’s a safe bet that they won’t meet OL’s requirements either (€50m). Lyon decision-makers are flexible for the moment, but as the transfer window approaches it is possible that they will lower the price of their member.
