Romelu Lukaku has reportedly agreed to a three-year deal at Juventus, but the move is contingent on Dusan Vlahovic joining Chelsea.
The Serie A giants are keen on signing the Belgian striker but the move is contingent on Vlahovic leaving Juventus. According to Di Marzio, the two clubs are working on a swap which would see the two strikers go in opposite directions.
In the meantime, Lukaku has already agreed with the Bianconeri and will sign a three-year contract, with an option for an additional year.
Chelsea view Vlahovic as a valuable acquisition to bolster their attacking options but are not ready to pay the €50m demanded. However, it is understood that Juventus are ready to negotiate and could settle for €40m as they are eager to complete the deal.
Juventus are looking to balance their books and want to get the most out of Chelsea by selling Vlahovic. Coach Massimiliano Allegri has admitted that if the deal goes through, it will be because of the club’s financial needs.
