The arrival of Iliman Ndiaye in Marseille caused intense scenes. The Senegalese striker was welcomed as a future OM star.

When the Sheffield United striker landed with wife and child on Provençal soil, on the night of Sunday to Monday, he found himself in the shoes of a star of world football.

In Marseille, if it is customary to exaggerate, we can see here an act of generosity from OM fans towards the one who would have successfully passed the medical examination on Monday prior to his commitment.

OM should therefore not delay in announcing their fifth summer signing after midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia, left-back Renan Lodi and forwards Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Ismaïla Sarr.

Midfielder Amine Harit and goalkeeper Ruben Blanco, members of the Marseille squad last season on loan, have also been recruited in this summer transfer window 2023.
