Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has reiterated that despite rumors linking him to Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe, he believes his team doesn’t need him.
Following the win over Manchester United on Wednesday, Ancelotti told the press he felt his squad, and more relevantly his attack, were complete.
Ahead of the upcoming friendly against Barcelona, Ancelotti told the media, after answering another question about Mbappé, that he wasn’t sure what system they were going to play in.
“I’m not embarrassed that you ask me questions about Mbappé… I won’t answer, that’s all. We need to have continuity during the season, now it’s too early to judge what we’re going to do. We don’t know 100% yet what we’re going to do. There is a season coming up where we have to have the right attitude, the commitment…”
Regarding recruitment, Ancelotti told brand that he was satisfied with his options.
“We are complete and that is enough. They do well on offense. Brahim and Joselu have shown they can make an attacking contribution.
