RB Leipzig formalized this Friday the contract extension of its coach Marco Rose, who arrived on the bench of residents of the Red Bull Arena. The German coach’s new lease has been extended for an additional season, until June 2026. Arrived last summer in the eastern German club, the native of Leipzig notably won the German Cup, in final against Eintracht Frankfurt.
“For me, it is both a privilege and an obligation to continue working on the development of our club with my coaching staff and the collaborators of RB Leipzig. After this summer’s changes, we want to continue representing football that fans can relate to. If we can do that, we will have a lot of fun together at the stadium and we will celebrate more successes. I am delighted with the trust that those responsible have placed in me and I am happy to be able to continue to be part of RB Leipzig and to contribute to writing its history.”said the 46-year-old technician.
