This Friday, Arsenal unveiled a statue in honor of Arsene Wenger outside the Emirates Stadium.
The Premier League has a habit of paying tribute to its legends. Some have been inducted into the Hall of Fame, others have had a statue in front of the stadium of the team they played or coached for, and a select few are entitled to both, like Sir Alex Ferguson or Thierry Henry.

This Friday, Arsène Wenger officially joined this closed circle. Already inducted into the Hall of Fame of the English championship, the former Arsenal coach saw a statue in his honor unveiled in front of the Emirates Stadium. This statue, made of bronze and measuring 3.5 meters high, represents the French technician lifting the Premier League trophy, which he won three times with the Gunners, including an unbeaten season in 2003-2004 .

In its press release, the London club thanked Wenger for his achievements during his 22 seasons at the club, to the three titles of champion of England are added 7 FA Cups, 7 Community Shields and two European finals (one in the League of Champions, one in the UEFA Cup).
