The prolific Montpellier striker, Elye Wahi, has no shortage of suitors in this transfer window period.
English club Chelsea are set to face tough competition for one of their top summer targets, Montpellier star Elye Wahi.
Elye Wahi picked up everywhere
According to information from The Express, the MHSC is already in talks with Atlético Madrid for the young French striker (20 years old). The Spanish club is ready to offer one or more players in partial exchange to obtain the services of the Hérault hopeful.
Chelsea are also strongly interested in Wahi and want to complete his arrival as soon as possible, while the Hammers of West Ham also plan to test the waters and see if it is not possible to cap everyone at the post and afford the promising striker.
As a reminder, Wahi is coming off an excellent season in Ligue 1, marked by 19 goals scored from him in 33 appearances. A profitability which has therefore aroused the greed of several European teams.
Note that the Chelsea Blues already have an alternative to the French striker. They are believed to be currently investigating the lead to Aston Villa’s Ollie Watkins.
